• Usage data — pages visited, features used, and timestamps collected automatically to operate and improve the portal.
• AI chat history — messages you send to our AI Tech Assistant to provide and improve that service.

• Deliver, manage, and improve our IT support services
• Process payments and send invoices, receipts, and billing notifications
• Send transactional emails such as ticket confirmations and resolution notices
• Respond to your support requests and maintain service records

• Supabase — database and authentication. Your account data and support records are stored in Supabase-managed infrastructure. See their Privacy Policy.
• Stripe — payment processing. Card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are covered by their Privacy Policy.
• Anthropic— AI assistant. Messages sent to the AI Tech Assistant may be processed by Anthropic's API. See their Privacy Policy.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of your written request, except where we are required to retain it for legal or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years for billing records).

• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion — request that we delete your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
